You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using Scripting Station. We retain all rights to the platform, its underlying models, and proprietary workflows. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for broadcast without editorial review.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scripting Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
