• Usage data — script generation requests, city configurations, and session activity, used to improve the service.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain sessions.
• Generate radio script drafts based on your city and source configurations.
• Send transactional emails (sign-in codes, billing receipts).
• Monitor service health and prevent abuse.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• SendGrid — for transactional email delivery.
• xAI / Grok — prompts are sent to generate script content; no personal data is included in prompts.
• Legal obligations — when required by applicable law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated scripts and job history are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie for bot protection on sign-in.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored — we use one-time codes sent to your email. Access tokens are short-lived JWTs stored in memory, not in localStorage.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
